DAVID R. KEESLING, ESQ was born in Laclede County, Missouri in 1970. He was raised in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks wherein he learned the value of hard work, self-reliance and old- fashioned values. It was there that he first developed the desire to utilize his natural talents as a communicator to advocate on behalf of others. True to his home state, Mr. Keesling proudly displays the “Show Me” attitude as a fighter and loyal advocate for his clients.
Upon graduation from Mountain Grove High School in Mountain Grove, Missouri, Mr. Keesling attended Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a Comprehensive Certificate in Social Science and Law. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Mr. Keesling’s professional career began in 1992 as a commissioned officer with the United States Marine Corps wherein he reached the rank of Captain. Mr. Keesling’s law practice began in 2002 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Keesling has tried cases on a regular basis and has obtained excellent results including numerous six (6) and seven (7) figure resolutions for clients both at trial and through negotiated settlements. Mr. Keesling’s clients and cases have included representation in federal and state court litigation in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Kentucky, California, Idaho, Florida, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Colorado, Tennessee, Indiana, Arizona, Michigan, New Jersey and New York as well as legal service for international matters in Canada, China, England, France, Ireland, Norway and The Netherlands.

He is admitted by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma to practice in the State of Oklahoma and he is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States District court for the Northern District of Indiana, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Keesling has also been permitted to represent clients in trial by state and federal courts in Arkansas, California, Kentucky, New York and North Carolina.
